1. Responsibilities

Grow key client relationships in industrial packaging segments
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s packaging needs, workflows, and business goals
Propose packaging solutions that reduce cost, improve efficiency, and support sustainability
Monitor order activity, forecast demand, and proactively address supply chain needs
Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and assist in long-term account planning
Stay informed on market trends, materials, and innovations relevant to industrial packaging

2. Requirements

2+ years experience in B2B account management, sales support, or client services—preferably in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
Strong understanding of industrial packaging products and applications (corrugated, stretch/shrink film, protective materials, etc.) is a major plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-obsessed
