1. Responsibilities

  • Grow key client relationships in industrial packaging segments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s packaging needs, workflows, and business goals
  • Propose packaging solutions that reduce cost, improve efficiency, and support sustainability
  • Monitor order activity, forecast demand, and proactively address supply chain needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and assist in long-term account planning
  • Stay informed on market trends, materials, and innovations relevant to industrial packaging

2. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B account management, sales support, or client services—preferably in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong understanding of industrial packaging products and applications (corrugated, stretch/shrink film, protective materials, etc.) is a major plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-obsessed
