Stretch wrap, also known as stretch film or pallet wrap, is a highly elastic plastic film designed to securely bundle and protect items during storage or shipping. When wrapped around products—especially those stacked on pallets—it stretches and clings tightly, using its elastic recovery to hold everything firmly in place. This ensures stability, reduces the risk of damage, and helps streamline handling and transportation.
Stretch film rolls come in widths from 3” to 40” and thicknesses between 24 to 130 gauge. They are available in various lengths and colors to meet different packaging requirements.
Hot melt tape is made from thermoplastic polymers and feature three layers: a durable film backing, a special release coat for smooth unwinding, and a strong, pressure-sensitive adhesive for reliable bonding.
OPP tape is commonly available in widths of 12 mm, 24 mm, 48 mm, 72 mm, and 96 mm, with 48 mm being the most popular. Thickness ranges from 36 to 88 microns, and various lengths are available to suit different needs.
OPP tape is available in a variety of colors, including clear, transparent, natural, brown, tan, yellow, red, blue, white, black, green, and orange. Custom printed options are also available.
Polyester (PET) strapping is widely used for securing pallets, boxes, lumber, timber, and other heavy loads during packaging and shipping. It is suitable for both manual and machine applications and is commonly used in industries such as logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
Polypropylene (PP) strapping is used for securing light to medium-weight packages, including boxes, pallets, and lumber. It’s ideal for general packaging, shipping, and bundling needs, and is compatible with manual tools and strapping machines.
